Josh Nelson, BA
Administrative DirectorOriginally from New Jersey, Joshua Nelson came to Dartmouth in the Fall of 1988. He graduated from Dartmouth with a degree in Studio Art in 1996. Previous to this he had worked in the health care arena as a graphic artist and computer consultant from 1990-1994. After recieving his degree, he went to work at the C. Everett Koop Institute as an HTML programmer and graphic artist. Moving quickly to Art and Animation Director, he is responsible in part for the production of many health care related web sites and a 3D animated movie and educational curriculum on smoking prevention aimed 9 to 12 year olds. Now at IML since the spring of 2001, Josh finds his time spent in project coordination, grant writing, and occasionally continuing his love of art and 3D. In his spare time, Josh plays basketball, and rpgs with his wife (Jennifer) and three kids (Jonathan, Benjamin and Rachel). Every now and then you can see him as he zips by like a zephyr riding the highways and by-ways of New Hampshire and Vermont on his old school Gold Wing.
